  • Review withdrawal orders|审核出款订单 審核用戶提現/出款請求,確保資訊準確、流程合規。
  • Review user withdrawal orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.
  • l Handle merchant complaint cases|处理商户投诉问题 受理商戶投訴,追蹤處理進度,並協調內部資源予以解決。
  • Manage and resolve merchant complaints efficiently by coordinating with internal teams.
  • l Troubleshoot withdrawal failures|排查取款失败原因 協助查明因商戶或技術問題導致的提款失敗,並提供解決方案。Investigate and resolve failed withdrawal transactions caused by merchant or
  • technical issues.
  • l Monitor deposit behavior|监控存款行为 監控新用戶存款行為,識別可疑或異常交易行為,並回報相關部門。 
  • Monitor deposit behavior of new users to detect suspicious activity and flag anomalies for review.

职位要求

具備至少 2 年財務支付或查款相關經驗。

At least 2 years of experience in financial payments or reconciliation-related roles.

l 有第三方、四方支付平台或 iGaming 行業經驗者優先。

Experience in payment gateways (third-party/fourth-party) or the iGaming industry is a strong advantage.

l 熟悉支付流程與常見異常處理方式,具備良好的風險識別能力。

Solid understanding of payment workflows and risk handling related to transaction exceptions.

l 具備中英文良好口頭與書面表達能力,能於跨國團隊有效溝通。

Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

l 熟練操作 Excel、Office 等辦公軟體,具備基本資料處理能力。

Proficiency in Excel, Office, and other workplace software with basic data handling capabilities.

l 注重細節、紀律性高,並能適應高壓與快速變動的工作環境。

Detail-oriented, highly disciplined, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
