职位描述

  • Monitoring records regarding payments and account status.
  • Prepare invoices to customers for countering
  • Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes and mailing attentions.
  • Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and contact customer to request payment.
  • Monitoring E-Commerce Accounts
  • Monitoring of G-sheet
  • Filling of documents
  • Journal Writing

职位要求

  • Completion of College Education in the field of Financial Management, Accounting Course, or any related course.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet target and deadlines.
  • Computer Literate
  • Willing to work in Caloocan City (Near Monumento)
