HR Assistant - Employee Relations

This role involves providing guidance and support to employees and managers, conducting investigations, personnel requisition, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.


ISC (Independent Service Contractors) Relations

  • Review and endorse Personnel Requisition Forms (PRF)
  • Ensure manpower plantilla is complete
  • Regularly update and submit PRF reports
  • Transcribe minutes of meetings

Records Management

  • Update manpower data with store managers and submit to relevant departments
  • Prepare and circulate blacklist reports
  • Track and encode store personnel movements; update movements logbook
  • Prepare and follow up settlement letters for losses, damages, and other charges
  • Monitor settlements, ISC requirements, charging, and deductions (payroll and billing)
  • Maintain charging and deduction logbooks

Administrative Tasks

  • Audit ISC contracts
  • Handle branch transfer and adjustment requests for direct hires
  • Issue and replace PPP and cashiering barcodes for stores
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Address administrative and records management concerns

HR Support

  • Conduct field visits to other company locations
  • Assist in company/HR programs and campaigns
  • Act as reliever or provide help in other HR areas
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or department heads

职位要求

  • College graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM or any business equivalent courses.
  • Fresh Graduates may apply.
  • With strong confidentiality at all times.
