As a Delivery Rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to our valued customers throughout the Metro Manila area.

Key responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a motorcycle or scooter to deliver packages and shipments to customers within the Metro Manila area
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery times, customer signatures, and any special instructions
• Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles to ensure parcels are handled with care
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and resolving any delivery-related issues
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products
• Perform basic maintenance and inspections on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license and at least 1 year of experience as a delivery rider or courier
• Strong knowledge of the Metro Manila area and its traffic patterns
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
