职位描述

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide product information and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

职位要求

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
