OpenDoor Professionals is currently hiring a Technical Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assist customers in resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience. If you're tech-savvy, patient, and have a knack for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities

-Help customers fix technical issues quickly and effectively.

-Answer questions from customers through chat, email, or phone.

-Explain service plans, features, and subscription options clearly.

-Make sure every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

职位要求

-Willing to work Onsite(Makati)

-Willing to work in shifting schedule

- At least Senior high school graduate

- Must have BPO experience, sales experience is a plus
