职位描述

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality.
  • Promote company policies and procedures.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience is needed; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, effective communication, and active listening.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding products and services.
  • Working Conditions: Call center environment, possibly requiring shift work.
