We're Hiring: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Philippines | Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for Customer Support Specialists who are committed to promoting ease and satisfaction for users across services such as payments, mobile wallet transactions, insurance, and more.


About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the Philippines. Your mission is to ensure a seamless and satisfying support experience through effective communication and timely resolution across various channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support (24/7) through Voice, Email, Chat, and other digital platforms
  • Respond to customer queries and guide them in using our mobile application and its services
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers and support community-building efforts
  • Handle service/product inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist with special projects or tasks assigned by the team leader or manager


What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Open to Vocational Course graduates and College undergraduates
  • Experience handling Voice, Email, and Chat support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Able to work independently with critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Adaptable, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge or interest in mobile apps and customer service platforms
  • No relatives currently employed within the organization or its partner network
