  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.

职位要求

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively as a team player, and strong organizational skills. Experience in a call center is a plus.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records, and support team performance.
  • Working Conditions: Call center environment, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
