  • Analyze project costs and develop budget estimates.
  • Prepare and maintain cost reports to track expenditure.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate supplier bids and perform value engineering assessments.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust forecasts accordingly.
  • Assist in risk assessment and management related to costs.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience is required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost estimating software, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
