Employee Wellness Programs

• Lead and implement wellness and work‑life balance programs.
• Plan and facilitate health, fitness, and wellness activities.
• Develop and implement health, safety, and nutrition programs.
• Organize seminars, trainings, and activities (HIV/AIDS, Family Planning, Stress Management, etc.).

Medical Services & Record Keeping

• Maintain medical records and employee health files.
• Validate and review medical and fit‑to‑work certificates.
• Maintain first‑aid supplies and medical inventory.
• Administer over‑the‑counter medications and treatments as needed.
• Provide emergency and first‑aid treatment and coordinate hospital transfers if necessary.
• Perform annual medical examination scheduling and support.
• Track patient recovery and progress, conducting follow‑ups for absences related to health.

Compliance & OSH Programs

• Ensure workplace health standards and compliance with DOH and DOLE regulations.
• Organize and participate in random drug testing across offices and branches.
• Maintain records and submit required annual medical and OSH reports to DOLE.
• Assist in HMO administration and serve as point of contact for external HMO providers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with PRC License
• 1-2 years of work experience as Company Nurse
• Must be willing to be assigned at Kapitolyo, Pasig City
• Personable and out going
• Guest–focused and good Team Player
