• We’re looking for driven and persuasive individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives – Inbound Sales. In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls or chats from potential and existing customers—not just to answer questions, but to turn interest into action. Your goal is to understand customer needs, recommend the right services, and close the sale—all while creating a great customer experience.

• Education: At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• Experience: BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English; confident in engaging with customers
• Sales & Persuasion: Must have a sales-driven mindset and persuasive skills to influence customer decisions
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Availability: Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
