QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or any business related course
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in general accounting
  • Attention to detail with focus on accuracy, quality and timeliness
  • Highly professional in handling confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Skills: Communications, Analytical, Time Management, Monitoring and Reporting
  • Hardworking, committed and with good disposition

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages petty cash transactions;
  • Reviews employee expenses and checks reimbursements;
  • Assists in preparation of payroll reports and deductions;
  • Processes company receipts, sales invoices, and payments from customers;
  • Makes bank deposits and withdrawal slip;
  • Prepares expense summary of purchases and sales for BIR purposes;
  • Tracks expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs;
  • Assists in preparation of annual budget processes;
  • Assists in preparation for delivery of medical equipment by typing delivery receipt accurately;
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time.
