الوصف

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for new hires, upskilling programs, and process refreshers within a BPO setting.
Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design tailored training solutions.
Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and guides specific to the BPO industry.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with management to align training programs with organizational and client-specific objectives.

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Minimum 1 year in a BPO environment with multinational clients; learning and development experience is a plus.
Expertise in training delivery, presentation, demonstration, and training needs analysis.
Familiarity with modern training tools and ability to assess and improve training effectiveness.
