职位描述

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

职位要求

  • Graduate of Psychology, HRDM or any related course
  • With at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Preferably with experience in a Manpower Service industry
