Monitoring and interpreting changes in cosmetic regulations and guidelines, both locally and internationally
Liaising with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for new and existing products
Reviewing and ensuring all product formulations, labelling, and marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements
Coordinating with the product development and manufacturing teams to implement regulatory compliance measures
Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records to demonstrate regulatory compliance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks
Providing training and guidance to staff on regulatory best practices

Registered Pharmacist, Chemist, Chemical Engineer with valid PRC License
Minimum 1 year of experience in a regulatory or compliance role within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry
In-depth knowledge of cosmetic regulations, guidelines, and testing requirements, particularly in the Philippines and ASEAN region
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory information to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve regulatory issues
Proficient in using regulatory compliance software and data management tools
Attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach to work
