- Assist with procurement tasks, manage inventory, and support order processing.
- Assist in procurement processes for materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes and resolve issues
- Support the purchasing team in ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Analyze market trends and assist in budget management
- Prepare reports and purchase orders as needed
职位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong planning and purchasing abilities essential.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with standard working hours.
