Hiring post: Intake Specialist (Personal Injury Experience)

Hours: 8.5 hours (including breaks)

Shift: 12 AM to 8:30 AM PH TIME (client is in PST), 40 hours per week including 8 hours on a weekend

Salary: PHP 30,000

Key Responsibilities

- Answer calls and emails from clients

- Interview clients to gather case details and see eligibility for legal representation

- Evaluate if cases fit the firm's expertise

- Keep detailed records in the system (FileVine)

- Coordinate client and legal staff appointments

- Update clients on their cases and answer inquiries

- Protect client confidentiality and data

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication with virtually no accent (accent-neutral)

- Prior exposure to PI cases is required

- Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred but not mandatory

- Must be adaptable to flexible scheduling to adjust on the firm's needs

- Confident and has the ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise while maintaining professionalism
