- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in operating machinery, basic troubleshooting, and understanding of safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a factory setting with exposure to noise and machinery.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
