  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service abilities, scheduling capabilities, problem-solving skills, familiarity with Salesforce, and effective people and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; potential for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and resilience in a fast-paced setting.
