  • Coordinate with project managers, and engineers to implement plans
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and report updates to management


职位要求

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Architecture, Interior Design or an equivalent field.
  • A team player, able to communicate effectively with the Project Team and self motivated to complete assigned tasks.
  • Able to work under deadlines effectively and efficiently, and to maintain responsibility for all assigned tasks.
  • Deeply logical thinkers with an eye for detail and design, and an ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
  • Skills in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max
