説明

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil engineering sector, focusing on building relationships with potential clients in the prefab industry.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the company's engineering services and solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and client acquisition.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing client inquiries regarding engineering design, project feasibility, and construction methodologies.

- Assist in the preparation of project estimates, budgets, and timelines based on client specifications.

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.

- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Other duties that may be assigned and deemed necessary in the course of the company’s business


  • Location: Davao City

- Bachelor’s degree with Sales Background

- Preferably with background in civil engineering or at least experience in the real estate industry.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a sales or business development role within the construction industry.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools

- Familiarity with project management software is an advantage.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
