What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify high-potential clients and industries that align with our services.
- Engage in strategic cold outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Schedule and participate in introductory meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and align them with our solutions.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights to uncover new business opportunities.
- Assist in refining ideal customer profiles and enhancing our value propositions.
Proposal & Documentation Support
- Assist in drafting business proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and sales progress using a CRMsystem.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Share insights from client interactions to refine services and improve outreach strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship-building.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of the tech industry, especially software development.
- Familiarity with cold outreach tools, lead generation techniques, and sales strategies.
