説明

  • Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, training programs, and performance management.
  • Support employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation and feedback systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and team management capabilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, occasional overtime may be necessary.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to handle sensitive information, and a team player.
