• With extensive knowledge on sourcing techniques on social media.
• Must be computer literate and with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best suited candidates.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Binondo or Pasay.

Job Description:

• Sourcing applicants to fill-in the vacant positions.
• Conduct interviews and online examinations of applicants.
• Assessing the capabilities of a candidate.
• Discuss employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain and updates database of potential candidates for future vacant positions.
• Create and submit hiring reports.
