- Manage daily e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Analyze sales data to optimize product listings and improve customer experience.

- Provide customer support and resolve order-related issues efficiently.
- Design and develop customized website as needed.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in business analysis, project management, computer literacy, content moderation, and online ads evaluation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage online product listings, analyze sales data, ensure content accuracy, and evaluate ad performance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options; may require occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
