Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist located in Quezon City. The Collections Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including debt collection, managing cash collections, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves negotiating payment schemes, restructuring payment plans, and ensuring compliance with financial protocols. The specialist will work closely with clients to manage their accounts and assist in the recovery of overdue payments through both judicial and extrajudicial means.

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in Finance
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle conflict
• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
