RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with customers exceptionally through chat and email
• Respond to Queries Truthfully
• Convert chat interactions into successful sales by identifying customer needs
• Provide and offer products and services to customers
• Assist and Inform customers for a smooth transaction
• Be updated to current polices
• Resolves Issues and troubleshoot problems  



• JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representatives (Non Voice Chat/Email)
• EDUCATION: At least Senior High/High School Graduate
• EXPERIENCE: 6 months BPO/ Call Center Experience 
• SKILLS: Proficient English communication skills, Computer Skills (MS Office), excellent organizational and people skills.
