JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology , Human Resource Development or equivalent.
  • Familiar with HR Functions or Facets : Records Management, Payroll/Timekeeping, Employee & Labor Relations and Performance Management
  • At least 1- 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to be assigned in Bacolod City

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidate provides full admin support to ensure smooth operations and compliance which includes acting as a point of contact for employees and external stakeholders, managing office supplies and equipment and ensuring clear and effective communication across the organization.
  • Provides assistance in managing HR processes such as but not limited to:
    • Employee Records Management - maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, updating HR databases with relevant information and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
    • Performance Evaluation - keeping track in assessing employee's performance and giving feedback.
    • Disciplinary Actions - taking action/s to address employee misconduct, rule violations or unsatisfactory performance, aiming to correct behavior and maintain workplace standards.
    • Payroll Support - providing necessary employee data and tracking employee absences, leaves and other relevant information.
