説明
- Record and post financial entries on the respective ledger of accounts of the company
- Record incoming cash and deposit at the bank
- Keep track of daily financial transactions of the company
- Reconcile bank and other accounts
- Make journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements
- Petty cash recording
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of every bank account
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
- Keep the books of accounts updated at all times
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Review financial transactions for accuracy
- Submit monthly reports as Profit and Loss statements/Income statements, and Balance sheets
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
- Follow accounting standard procedures
- Help in inventory count
要件
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in any business-related course.
- Hardworking and willing to be trained.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeper, or Accounting staff.
- Knowledgeable in office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Experience in posting accounting entries and preparation of financial reports. Payroll experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy at work. Independent, creative, and willing to learn.
- Experience in Odoo software is a plus
