Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock levels, track movements, and minimize discrepancies.
• Distribute merchandise efficiently to meet demand.
• Monitor trends and optimize stock levels and promotions based on data.
• Ensure in-store displays align with company standards.
• Implement pricing strategies, discounts, and campaigns.
• Improve workflows for greater efficiency and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience preferred, but not required (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Willing to work on-site in San Juan.
