In-charge of product listing and product delisting/archiving in assigned e-commerce platforms including uploading of product photos and setting up of landing pages for product collections.
Ensures inventory levels in assigned e-commerce platforms are updated, disabling out of stock items and enabling replenished items as needed

Monitors, prepares and presents reports on the data team's KPI such as listing status updates and inventory variances during alignment meetings with the brands
In-charge of the facilities used for live selling including but not limited to the live streaming apps and equipments used
Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Manager or other top-ranking company officials.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
At least 2-3 years experience in E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Tiktok, Shopify, etc.)
Must be detail oriented, excellent in research and has organizational skills
Must be proficient in the use of spreadsheets applications and functions
Must have strong administrative, time management and interpersonal skills
Experience with Order Management Systems is an advantage
