Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/ Davao

Schedule: Mid Shift


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimise Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns from scratch.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage ad budgets efficiently.
  • Build, maintain, and optimise our Shopify store for performance and conversions.
  • Update the website regularly—add reviews, product info, banners, and other content.
  • Monitor tracking and analytics (Facebook Pixel, GA4) to measure performance.
  • Analyse campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Implement long-term SEO strategies to grow organic traffic.
  • Troubleshoot website and ad issues quickly.
  • Collaborate to create high-converting landing pages, product listings, and ad creatives.


Qualification and requirements:

  • oven experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and update website content proactively.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, A/B testing, and retargeting campaigns is a plus.


Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Proven experience (3-4 years) with  Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics.
