- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language proficiency, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, occasional overtime may be required.
