Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin + Cantonese + English)
Work shift: 24 24-hour rotational
Working days: 6
Location: Johor Bahru (Onsite)
Shuttle service provided: Yes
Salary: 3,200 MYR Basic + 1,000 MYR Allowance
Qualifications: 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
Language Proficiency: Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese & English
Job Description:
-Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other issue related to the company's products
-Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
-Proficient in computer typing skills
-Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Good computer literacy
