Responsibilities:                                                                                                        

  1. Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers in person, over the phone, or via email/chat.
  2. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by the company to effectively assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and troubleshooting.
  3. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Identify opportunities to promote additional financial products or services that align with clients' needs and preferences, contributing to the institution's revenue growth and client retention goals.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products or services through ongoing training to enhance knowledge and performance in the role.
  6. Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or customer service processes and relay this information to relevant departments.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to relay information, escalate issues when necessary, and collaborate to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  8. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.

Persyaratan

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O or N levels or diploma in any discipline.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Experience in organizing and analyzing customer intention and information.
  • Experience in performing general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Positive attitude, independent.
  • A pleasant voice, positive telephone manner as well as attentive listening and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and is a team player.
  • Experience in call centre, banking or customer service environment would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • 1 week working hours is 42 hours.
