Role Description

We’re looking for a Sales and Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team and help us expand our reach and drive meaningful growth. This role works closely with the founding team and reports directly to the CEO.


Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and execute sales & business development strategies

✔️ Identify leads, build relationships, and close deals

✔️ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

✔️ Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals

✔️ Represent the company at industry events and conferences

✔️ Collaborate across departments to align sales with company goals

✔️ Provide feedback to leadership based on client insights and performance data


Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive


Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and market research skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital product demonstrations
  • Ability to lead initiatives and mentor junior team members


Bonus:

  • Sales/Marketing certifications (e.g., CSP)
  • Experience working directly with founders or in a startup environment
  • Willingness to travel when necessary
