For production section, one must be amenable to work hands-on in the Automotive Industry/Bus-body Manufacturing. Also responsible for seeing the day-to-day operations of a department. 

• Any bachelor's degree related in Business or Engineering course.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in General Administrative, Supervising and Managing Staff in Production or Office Section.
• Effective people management skills and the ability to support, guide, and mentor staff members.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
