• Directly reports to the Finance and Accounting Department Head. This position works closely with a team of general accountants to manage financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and tax audits.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Participates in regular tax audits and payroll.
• Prepares budgeting reports and forecast revenues.
• Manages month-end and year-end closing.
• Monitors the daily performance of the accounting department.
• Organizes financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.
• Tracks the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
• Establishes accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets.
• Manages branch cashier’s.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time7. Act as point person for all IT Development concerns.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
