崗位職能及任職要求：
1、精通Java、Go、Spring、SpringCloud等主流框架及常用中間件，能處理高並發業務場景，帶領技術團隊持續優化已有服務，提升系統性能、穩定性、擴展性以及安全性；
2、熟悉Node.js、Vue.js、Kotlin、Swift等客戶端技術，能協調處理前後端技術問題推進項目發展。
3、掌握區塊鏈系統的安全性設計與防護機制，具備防止攻擊和漏洞的能力。熟悉分布式系統、共識算法、加密算法等相關技術；
4、精通項目管理工具和方法，具備較強的任務分解和進度跟踪能力。
