薪酬: 每位 成功候選人 ₱2,000（按里程碑支付）
- ₱500 當候選人 註冊/支付執照考試費用時。
- ₱500 當候選人 參加考試時。
- ₱1,000 當候選人 通過考試時。
工作職責
通過 LinkedIn、招聘網站和推薦來源 尋找和篩選候選人。
進行初步面試 （電話/視頻）以評估：
- 對 5–6 週執照流程的承諾。
- 銷售/客戶服務能力。
- 指導候選人 完成考試註冊和安排。
- 提交每週報告 關於候選人進展（通過共享電子表格跟踪）。
