- 管理和維護Windows Server、Hyper-V及本地Active Directory環境。
- 熟練管理雲端基礎設施，包括Microsoft Entra、Azure及Microsoft 365。
- 高級PowerShell腳本編寫。
- 通過PowerShell管理Microsoft Exchange。
- 使用工具如Microsoft Intune維護終端管理。
- 確保穩健的網絡性能，包括管理TCP/IP、VLAN和防火牆。
- 為用戶提供高質量的支持，有效地與不同IT素養水平的用戶溝通。
- 主導和執行IT項目，從規劃到實施。
- 主動識別和解決系統問題，進行根本原因分析以減少未來發生的可能性。
- 創建和維護詳細的流程和修復文檔。
