  • Support the sales team in preparing price quotes, invoices, and other supporting documents
  • Manage customer data and the sales database accurately and in an organized manner
  • Handle communication with customers via email, phone, or chat professionally
  • Monitor and follow up on orders and shipments
  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and finance teams to ensure smooth processes
