職位描述
1、參與公司各金融產品（包括策略、跟單、借貸、槓桿交易等）的規劃和設計工作，包括產品的設計、功能特性、底層邏輯、用戶體驗等，確保產品符合市場需求和用戶體驗標準。
2、根據市場分析結果和公司發展方向，提出具有針對性的產品優化方案，包括但不限於功能新增、介面優化、用戶體驗等。
3、協調各方資源，高效推進產品設計和開發落地，跟蹤產品使用反饋和數據情況，並持續改進。
4、撰寫輸出高質量的產品設計方案，尤其是金融產品功能邏輯和計算方式，確保產品邏輯正確並符合用戶需求。
