Job Description:
Responsibilities (Taiwan BD)
- Lead KOL collaborations and business development in the Taiwan market, liaising with and maintaining relationships with local KOLs, traders, and community resources to drive trading volume and user growth.
- Develop and execute localized KOL strategies for Taiwan, including joint promotions, AMAs, webinars, and other events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create tailored promotional materials and event programs for Taiwanese users and KOL audiences.
- Track and analyze the performance of KOL partnerships in Taiwan, regularly delivering data reports and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events in Taiwan and the broader APAC region to expand local partnership networks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the crypto industry, preferably with a background at a top-tier centralized exchange.
- Established KOL, community, and trader networks in Taiwan, with a deep understanding of the local market ecosystem.
- Proven track record in KOL collaboration and business growth, with strong communication and execution skills.
- Plus: Demonstrated career stability with at least one year at the same exchange.
