Position: Customer Service Associate

• With at least 2-3 years customer service experience is an advantage
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Willing to work either in Pasay or Taguig
• Can start as soon as possible

Job responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat messages to provide information about products, services, and company policies
2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and updating account information.
3. Provide guidance and assistance to customers even after the completion of sales transactions.
4. Collect and relay feedback or suggestions to management for continuous service improvement.
5. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
