  • Provide night shift technical support via online chat and phone to U.S. and European customers, with a focus on xTool’s laser cutting and engraving products
  • Respond to customer inquiries, accurately document issues, and deliver timely, effective solutions
  • Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure complete resolution of service-related concerns
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty


Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable handling calls, emails, and live chats
  • Good problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Willing to work night shifts, weekends, or holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
