內容專員（EDM 專員）
崗位職責
- 負責 EDM 電子郵件行銷內容的策劃、撰寫與編輯，包括新品上線、活動推廣、用戶教育等主題。
- 結合用戶分層與行為數據，設計個性化郵件內容與推送策略，提升開啟率與點擊率。
- 管理並優化郵件發送流程，監控投遞效果並進行 A/B 測試與持續優化。
- 與運營、設計、行銷團隊緊密合作，確保郵件內容與品牌形象一致。
任職要求
- 本科及以上學歷，市場行銷、新聞傳播、廣告、電子商務等相關專業優先。
- 1 年及以上 EDM 行銷或 CRM 運營經驗，金融、加密貨幣或互聯網行業背景優先。
- 熟悉 EDM 工具與數據分析方法，具備良好的數據敏感度。
- 文案功底紮實，具備用戶思維與行銷轉換意識。
- 英語能力佳，能獨立完成英文 EDM 內容撰寫與編輯。
