職位：社群建設與參與專員
工作時數：每週20-40小時
排程：美東時間
- 制定並執行社群參與策略，以擴展和激活用戶基礎，利用社交媒體、活動及直接通訊管道。
- 回應查詢、調解討論，以及慶祝用戶里程碑。
- 創建和策劃有價值的內容，包括部落格文章、社交媒體內容、推薦信和與我們使命一致的教育資源。
- 策劃和舉辦線上及線下活動，如網路研討會、即時問答會及當地聚會，以促進連結和學習。
- 建立和維護戰略夥伴關係，與影響者、組織和社群領袖合作，擴大我們的影響力和效益。
- 收集和分析用戶反饋，向產品和市場團隊提供洞察，改善用戶體驗。
- 追蹤和報告社群KPI，包括參與率、成長指標和活動參與情況。
