Establish and pursue SALES targets and revenue objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
MUST have experience doing SALES in Transport and Logistics.
With experience working in a logistics company is an advantage
Responsible for overall business development program, evaluate and quantify the SALES opportunities.
Create comprehensive proposals, quotations, and contractual agreements tailored to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective CLIENTS.
To spearhead SALES in transport and logistics.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements thru proficient reports.
Engage in negotiations to establish favorable terms and pricing, ensuring successful contract closures.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales performance consistently.
In liaison with operations team for the implementation and management of new and ongoing business.
Able to resolve any operational issues, as well as manage both internal and external customers systematically.
Ensures that the company complies with and is up to date on law and regulations pertaining to trucking and logistics
Respond promptly to client concerns and issues, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
Design and execute a strategic business development plan that supports the company’s vision and growth objectives.
